| Contract and booking deposit |
|
|
The current lease applies exclusively to temporary and non-commercial rental. Premises can only be occupied as a secondary residence. Tenant must in no way use it as a base to carry out any activity of a commercial or professional nature.
To confirm a reservation, the Tenant must sign and return the leasing agreement to”My Address in Paris” . This document must be accompanied by a deposit as per the agreement.
From the moment that the client enters in contact with “My addressin Paris”, Tenant may not pay the owner directly. And if an apartment is rented at first with “My Address in Paris”, is not allowed to re-rent the apartment directly from the owner. The contract will be done by us and the tenant has to pay the agency directly.

| Balance and security deposit |
|
|
The amounts corresponding to the rent, general fees and costs (including city, visitor's tax and other taxes) as well as the security deposit are defined in the contract.
A advance fee is required for the booking.
Rent and general costs must be paid 15 days before arrival by wire transfer, check in euros or travellers check. In case you pay on the day of arrival, this payment has to be done cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The key will be given once the whole payment will be done.
The tenant will have to give a credit card number in case of damages that could be caused to furnitures or other things in the apartment.
Each item lost, broken, damaged or mistreated will have to be replaced or refund to the landlord to its proper value by the tenant himself and is assured to. The refund will just be asked in the cases previously quoted. My address in Paris warantee nothing will be charged before warning the tenant.
If one of the key is lost or damages, the minimum amount charged will be 10€. |

The minimum stay is equal to four nights.Please contact us for a stay less than four nights.
It should be noted that, under the present rental agreement, premises cannot be occupied by more than the number of people stated therein.
In the event that damages caused by the client result in a delay in renting the apartment, the price of the nights in which the apartment cannot be rented will be charged to the Tenant.

You are free to choose your date of arrival and you can arrive any day of the week. Please advice us at least one week in advance of the day and precise time of arrival.
If there is a departure from the apartment the day of your arrival, you will be able to leave your luggage in the apartment from noon, but arrival in the apartment begins at 2 p.m (after the housekeeping is done). Early check-in is possible if the apartment is ready.An agent of My Address in Paris will welcome you at the apartment.

The personal liability is not the same from one country to another which means that the client will have to check from his insurance company that he and the people with him are insured for personal injury or damages that occured or that he created.
The tenant knows that the use of the apartment equipments, especially those in the kitchen and in the bathroom, can be dangerous if they are badly used. He and the person with him must be very careful when using them.
He is aware too that if he does not know the use of one of these equipments, he won't use it.
The client and other guests have been warned that the bathroom floor can be very slippery. he will take all precaution so as to avoid falls or accident. Consequently, the client and the people with him announced that they are insured and that they give up any kind of appeal against My address in Paris for any accident occured during their trip in the apartment. |

The apartment must be occupied only by the people mentionned in the rental contract, not more.
Pets are not allowed in our premises without authorization. Pets are only allowed if they do not cause damages in any case and do not annoy the neighbourhood and of course with the authorization of the owner.
The client must respect the intern rules of the building and must not create noises and disturb the neighbourhood. Common properties must be kept clean and nothing can be stored outside the apartment. the client makes a commitment to My address in paris to use this apartment for his own and not for any commercial activity. The French law must be respected
When leaving the apartment, the client must not leave the key in the keyhole, inside the apartment. This will prevent us from opening the door from the outside. The expenses of a locksmith intervention will be charged to the client.
The tenant is responsible for any damages, lost or spoiling of the apartment and of its contents appeared during his stay. The repairing of any damages noticed will be charged to the tenant. Our apartments are non smoking but any cigarette's burn mark will be charged a minimum rate of 150€.
The tenant is the only one responsible in case of lost, damages, theft of his own belongings or stuff that belong to a third party with him, invited or present in the apartment, especially for valuables left without supervising. He will have to respect the security rules and leave the apartment close with key when he is out and windows shut.
some of our apartments have fire place. this is purely decorative and it is strictly forbidden to start fires.
If My address in Paris notice that the tenant does not respect these conditions, it will be enough to stop the rental contract and the client will have to leave without any compensation.

| Please do not add items of furniture or other furnishings other than linens and miscellaneous items and do not move the furniture around and/or alter the general layout of the premises, except with special authorization from “My Address in Paris”. |

Apartments are clean upon arrival. Please maintain the rented space in order and, at the end of the stay, leave the premises in clean condition and good repair.
On the day of departure, if the state of the apartment is not satisfactory, any necessary cleaning required will be charged to the Tenant. For a one month lenght or longer,”My address in Paris” has the right to check the apartment, by appointment. If “My address in Paris” agent observes that the apartment is not in a reasonably clean state, the agency reserves the right to have the apartment cleaned and deduct any cost from the security deposit.

During the week, from Monday until Friday, the check-out time is before noon. Premises must be vacated on the day and at the time stated in the contract. You must call the agency two days before your departure to inform us of the hour of your check out. Otherwise,the check-out will be at 10:00a.m. If an agent of “My address in Paris” observes damage after your departure, we will inform you and deduct the amount from the security deposit.
